Monkey World

Thank you to Granny and Granddad for a great Christmas present which we decided to use today, tickets to Monkey World! Monkeys galore, including chimpanzees, orangutans, lemurs, capucins, woolley gibbons to name a few. All of them have been rescued from the international pet trade, medical research facilities or have been rescued from ill treatment. They are now fantastically cared for at Monkey World and we all had a wonderful day watching them all feeding, playing and even saw a chimpanzee pick his nose. Much to the children's disgust (thankfully) he ate it!!
Highly recommended for everyone. Helps if you like monkeys though!

Bethany baboon

This grumpy little fella was rescued from a science lab in Chile where he and 87 others were kept for years in single cages and had never seen daylight. Now he spends all day playing with his friends, inside or out as he wishes. He was busy eating couscous and monkey nuts! What's there to be grumpy about?
From one set of monkeys to another!

King of the castle.. and I am the dirty ... what?

The biggest see saw I have ever seen.

Stunt practice. When they could stop laughing for long enough!
Now I have her caged, no running away now!

Its all in the bounce
