After Sunday lunch we thought we would visit Upwey wishing well gardens....in the rain!! Coins were thrown in to the well and wishes were made, I have a feeling Santa is going to have hard time this year, in guessing those wishes!
After work today DEK had entered a team in to the local Volleyball tournament on Weymouth Beach, and yes I was glad to be part of this superb team! Unfortunately we did not get past the heats, we managed to win 2 draw 1 and lose 1.......better luck next year!
Bethany has waited a whole year to see Punch and Judy and was not disappointed by the hitting and general bad behaviour that goes on in one of our national gems!
Picnic on the prom.
Jacob dumping wet sand on Oliver in a bid for some "boy to boy "fun!
Making sand castles
Waiting for Mummy to put the camera down and play giant badminton!
Feeding the ducks, only Rebecca thought pushing the buggy over the bridge was far more interesting!
Jacob trying to eek out the last few breadcrumbs. Its a serious business!
Cute ducks and even cuter children.
The bread has run out Mummy, and the two cheeky monkeys behind are eating it off the floor of the bridge...they clearly haven't eaten for several days.
Today we decided to go inland for a walk, where we were chased by a hooded horse! it is difficult trying to stay composed whilst wondering how you can escape past a mad hooded horse!

The Work Horse! The 1st Summer Holiday Picnic
After the walk we treated ourselves to a local Ice-cream at Barfords Dairy, all I can say is WOW! what an Ice-cream the flavours were fantastic!
While Oliver spent the day at Beaver camp and mummy was sleeping after her night shift, we decided to visit Radipole Parkwith our friend Leanne and Jasmine
School sports day was cancelled for Health & Safety reasons due to the small amount of rain last night. So I will have to wait another year for the Daddy's race. Despite the inconvenience the morning was not ruined as Katharine and I took Jacob and Rebecca to Abbotsbury Barn.
Today we decided to take a walk by Hardy's Cottage. It was a very pleasant walk with the birds singing and sun shining, just a pity a certain 2 year old refused to walk (Rebecca!). After Lunch we spent the afternoon at the Weymouth Sealife centre, where we tried out the new crocodile log ride which was enjoyed by the young male Hammonds but never again will the young female Hammonds set foot!
