Hammonds in Bath

I guess when you read the post heading, you could feel worried of the pictures you might see, but as you will see it is all harmless. We took a trip on the train to Bath to see our friend Kate and her little Mabel & Reggie and to do a quick explore of Bath town centre.

First stop was of course.....  Lunch by the crescent, we needed to fuel up with all the walking required.

Rebecca & Mabel, girls about town.

Bethany started something!

Reggie on his way to help.

Girls adding to mound.

Oliver wondering wear Jacob is... probably under the mound!

The best spinning plate roundabout ever...   for kids but the worst nightmare for parents, kids flying off everywhere!

Summer heatwave

With all this sun and heat, we needed somewhere to cool off, and where else to go but the natural resource of the planet, the sea!

What a start to the day!

The time 6:30 am ready for work as usual, all ready to cycle to work just need to unlock the door, which is very difficult to achieve when your key breaks in the lock. So the only thing left to do is use a chisel and hammer and take the lock out the door, as you can tell from the picture not to much anger was required, I highly recommend it first thing in the morning. All that is needed is a new door!

Last game of the season and all we needed was for Tottenham to win and Arsenal to lose then European football was to be the prize. Thankfully to the Spurs Wish Charity this day was made special by the dream of being provided 8 tickets and an executive box.

This was my first visit to White Hart lane and a dream come true for the family.
With several sat nav's on the go, how could we go wrong! well quite easy when one is telling you turn left and the other is telling you to turn right, needless to say we ended up going through London city centre, being the lead car I managed to lose the following car. Eventually we came across White Hart Lane and was very kindly met by the stewards, who parked the car, then the reception staff who escorted us to our executive box and introduced to Hannah the box assistant who saw to our food and drink needs.
